Availability of Products
We maintain an inventory of raw materials (used helicopter rotor blades, wood, Challenge Coins, etc.). However, one or more of these raw materials may be temporarily exhausted. In such cases, we will make every reasonable effort to keep the web site up to date. Therefore, we reserve the right to place certain products on backorder status (when we expect delivery of raw materials at some specific future date) or remove it from availability altogether. We will never retain payment for a product which is not readily available.
Disclaimer
The products on this site should be considered a work of art. They are made by mounting a cross-section of a real helicopter rotor blade, which have been in service on the helicopter model described, onto real wood. Each rotor blade cross-section will likely show signs of the blade's use and wear when in-service on the helicopter (including, but not limited to, dings, scratches, dents, and/or sun damage). Each rotor blade cross-section will also show evidence of the cutting process that is used to obtain the cross-section, and it may be particularly evident on the interior honeycomb of the blade, which is made of thin aluminum. In fact, the cutting process can sometimes leave sharp edges. Though we take precautions to smooth the surfaces as best as possible, the plaques should not be touched, particularly by small children. The wood of each plaque will have slight variations in knot pattern, color, and grain. However, since each plaque is custom made, we do our best to ensure that each piece is comes together as a high-quality piece of artwork which properly honors the services provided by the helicopter and the person who receives the plaque.
User Submissions

HeliPlaque will have no obligations in connection with any of the Communications.
